Leaders to Excel Beyond the Classroom
Coaching for high-school and college students who desire to demonstrate a higher level of personal leadership. Emerging Student Leaders learn how to increase self-awareness, identify their motivations and learning styles, establish a personal vision for their success, and create detailed action plans. Students who are looking specifically to grow in strengths-based leadership practices will benefit from our extensive Clifton StrengthsFinder® Toolkit.

Transition Strategy Coaching: Preparing Student Leaders to Excel at the Next Level

Coaching for students approaching milestone transitions such as middle to high school, high school to college, and college to career. Emerging Student Leaders learn how to set and manage toward goals, build a system of accountability, acquire necessary resources and develop critical relationships. We also offer personal leadership coaching services for student athletes transitioning from high school to collegiate sports, and from college to professional level competition.

Speaking

A semester-long experience for Emerging Student Leaders to increase their skill and proficiency in message development, presentation style, and delivery.

Programs

M.A.D.E. To Lead Male Leadership Development

M.A.D.E. To Lead Male Leadership Development is a year-long program for male high-school students. During the first semester, students participate in weekly one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused deeply on understanding and cultivating Courageous Personal Leadership. The second semester experience is centered around monthly workshops and experiential excursions focused on 21st century skills and leadership, and the development of a cohort-designed impact project.
